I have a framing nailers, but that is it. Any suggestions? Is it different for the roof as opposed to the walls?
Also, What should i use for a 10×12 shed? 7/16?

Use 8 penny ring nails for the sheathing and roof, 7/16 OSB should be fine.
The roof shingles use roofing nails.
Just my opinion, and not knowing at all how you framed it, I’d use T-111 siding, and at that size, a decent PLYWOOD roofing. How you attach is your call. I’d use Decking screws for the siding.
use the framing nailer, or use dry wall nails, 1-1/2 inch long.
